Moar ebike motor controller

Unread post by frogga » Tue May 07, 2019 11:28 pm

I have a Moar ebike.

https://www.moar.bike/

The motor controller has died and I am looking for a replacement.

The motor is Bafang rear hub 48V 750W

It has PAS, throttle and headlights.

Could you please suggests a motor controller that would be a sufficient substitute.

I'm happy to rewire the bike.

I have been researching this for week, your help would be greatly appreciated.

Let me know if you need any more information.

We have seen customers hotrodding Bafangs with our 12F controllers in the past:

They can do 40A up to 100v, so it's at least 2x more than even 1kw bafang can take.
You would need to take out the old controller and do the wiring (phases and halls).

Would be great if you want to document your experience and post it in our blog for other people to see:
