Re: Initial Set-up

This is repairable and you can send for repairs. Just need to pay for shipping and this works well if you are within the US. If outside, may take a while and shipping can be costly. However, we are about to release the new controller model which is a new generation with more power, more compact and ...

Re: Initial Set-up

Yes, it's starts reducing power when the battery voltage drops closer to the cutoff limit. That's to prevent the power cutoff under hard acceleration. You can change that behavior by lowering the cutoff limit. It sounds like the controller phases may be shorted, not the motor. You can disconnect the...

Re: Bluetooth Module 2.0

Very busy getting the NextGen controller produced and shipped this month. But the new standalone module is still in the works, just slowed a bit. Really hope to get the first batch done in February. Please check back soon. Any new word as to when the new Bluetooth module will be available for sale? 👍

Re: Initial Set-up

Please attach a screenshot of your programmed values (from the Programming screen). Also, please explain how you connected the three-way switch. My WOT issue is now solved after relocating the throttle wiring and plugging directly to the controller. Thank Very Much! Now it seems that my programming ...

Re: Initial Set-up

Please plug in the throttle directly to the controller (bypassing the Bluetooth). That will fix it. QS Motor 205 50H V3 Motor 3000W, F24-120 Controller with the new Blue Tooth Module 2.0, 24S 20Ahr Lipo Pack, updated firmware today. I got lucky. I kept trying anything and everything clearing cache a...

Re: Bluetooth Module 2.0

The controller programming part will not work but everything else should work.

I am asking for a friend here. Will the new 2.0 Bluetooth module work with a Lyen 6F controller with a CA plug? He really likes the Bluetooth BMS battery monitoring feature.

Re: Pre charge

It's highly recommended to have a pre-charge solution. We have used connectors with pre-charge resistors such as XT90. I am in the process of building a Stealth type bike. I am using your 7kw controller. My battery pack will be 5p22s (But running at 80% - 90volts), which will be 25amp and 250amp bur...
